Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Upon reservation, a valid credit card and deposit are required.

Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment. To ensure your preparedness and awareness, a confirmation text and/or email will be sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled service. However, in the event of any lapses in our reminder system or if you do not receive a reminder, it remains your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to our cancellation policy.

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. While we understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, please remember your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you. Failure to attend deprives our provider of the opportunity to serve other patients. In cases of No-Shows or cancellations without sufficient notice, a $250 cancellation fee will be applied. By consenting to undergo treatment, patients are acknowledging and agreeing to this condition.
