Refund Policy

At Aesthetics on Highland, we uphold a policy regarding the goods and services we provide, which is characterized by their irrevocable nature. As such, we do not entertain requests for refunds concerning any product or service that has been utilized or administered as part of a treatment. By consenting to undergo treatment, patients are acknowledging and agreeing to this condition.

All treatments, procedures, and prepaid packages are deemed non-refundable.

Furthermore, packages are not transferable and must be utilized within one year from the date of purchase. Any credit resulting from prepaid treatments, procedures, or packages may be applied solely towards alternative forms of treatment or products, subject to the discretion of management, with the exception of Morpheus 8 packages. It is imperative to note that credit can only be issued and redeemed through a subsequent purchase. Our policy strictly prohibits refunds, with exchanges being the sole avenue for consideration.
